Our Commitment

KW Energy Inc. is committed to providing an accessible and inclusive experience for all customers, in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (O. Reg. 191/11), and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What We Do

• Build all new web content to meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 Level AA
• Provide alt text for meaningful images and captions for videos
• Support keyboard navigation throughout the site
• Ensure colour contrast meets 4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text
• Use semantic HTML and ARIA where appropriate
• Train customer-facing staff on accessible customer service
• Provide in-home consultations and alternative-format documents on request
